The survey has been conducted since autumn 2022 in over 90 countries across six continents. It is the most extensive study on work addiction conducted to date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Impact of the stud<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Et af form\u00e5lene med vores forskning er at tilvejebringe data om, hvor stor en andel af de enorme omkostninger ved kronisk stress i og uden for arbejdsmilj\u00f8er, der direkte tilskrives arbejdsafh\u00e6ngighed p\u00e5 verdensplan. Vigtigst af alt \u00f8nsker vi at forst\u00e5, hvilke faktorer der bidrager mest til arbejdsafh\u00e6ngighed, arbejdsrelateret depression og udbr\u00e6ndthed for at udvikle bedste praksis for deres forebyggelse og behandling. Resultaterne af denne forskning kan give et videnskabeligt grundlag for at udarbejde anbefalinger til regeringer vedr\u00f8rende arbejdsforhold samt p\u00e5virke organisationers politikker og procedurer vedr\u00f8rende arbejdsklima og organisationsv\u00e6rdier for at minimere risikoen for udvikling af arbejdsafh\u00e6ngighed og afb\u00f8de dens effekt p\u00e5 sundhed og velv\u00e6re. Som s\u00e5dan kan det bidrage til en betydelig reduktion af menneskelig lidelse p\u00e5 verdensplan og en bem\u00e6rkelsesv\u00e6rdig forbedring af produktiviteten for organisationer, institutioner og \u00f8konomi p\u00e5 landeniveau.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Global unders\u00f8gelse<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deltagelseskriterier i den globale unders\u00f8gelse er:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>at v\u00e6re voksen<\/li>\n<li>v\u00e6re ansat p\u00e5 fuld tid i mindst et \u00e5r i en organisation med mindst 10 ansatte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Umiddelbart efter at have udfyldt unders\u00f8gelsen, vil alle deltagere f\u00e5 detaljeret feedback om deres psykosociale funktion p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen, herunder risici for arbejdsafh\u00e6ngighed, arbejdsrelateret depression og udbr\u00e6ndthed og potentielle organisatoriske og individuelle risikofaktorer, der bidrager til deres funktion p\u00e5 arbejdet. Det kan hj\u00e6lpe med at identificere personlige og organisatoriske styrker og svagheder og forbedre jobpr\u00e6stationer og trivsel i og uden for arbejdsmilj\u00f8et.
