The survey has been conducted since autumn 2022 in over 90 countries across six continents. It is the most extensive study on work addiction conducted to date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Impact of the stud<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#039;un des objectifs de notre recherche est de fournir des donn\u00e9es sur la proportion des co\u00fbts \u00e9normes du stress chronique dans et en dehors des environnements de travail qui sont directement attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance au travail dans le monde. Plus important encore, nous voulons comprendre quels facteurs contribuent le plus \u00e0 la d\u00e9pendance au travail, \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression li\u00e9e au travail et \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9puisement professionnel afin de d\u00e9velopper les meilleures pratiques pour leur pr\u00e9vention et leur traitement. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche peuvent fournir une base scientifique pour pr\u00e9parer des recommandations aux gouvernements concernant les conditions de travail ainsi qu&#039;influencer les politiques et proc\u00e9dures des organisations concernant le climat de travail et les valeurs organisationnelles afin de minimiser le risque de d\u00e9veloppement de la d\u00e9pendance au travail et d&#039;att\u00e9nuer ses effets sur la sant\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9. bien-\u00eatre.
