conf\u00e9rence<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, le workaholism \u2013 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le surmenage compulsif ou la d\u00e9pendance au travail \u2013 est reconnu comme un probl\u00e8me individuel, organisationnel et social important (par ex., Taris et de Jonge, 2024). Bien que des recherches ant\u00e9rieures aient contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, plusieurs lacunes entravent encore l\u2019\u00e9volution vers des actions pr\u00e9ventives cibl\u00e9es. Premi\u00e8rement, les preuves accumul\u00e9es reposent encore largement sur des observations qualitatives et des enqu\u00eates transversales, ce qui limite notre compr\u00e9hension des relations causales entre le workaholism et les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes connexes tout en r\u00e9duisant la robustesse et la force de persuasion des r\u00e9sultats qui en d\u00e9coulent. De plus, il n\u2019existe que peu d\u2019\u00e9tudes de pr\u00e9valence sur des \u00e9chantillons repr\u00e9sentatifs, ce qui signifie que nous en savons encore assez peu sur la propagation du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et dans des contextes culturels, des secteurs de travail et des professions sp\u00e9cifiques. Troisi\u00e8mement, il existe une p\u00e9nurie d\u2019\u00e9tudes sur les facteurs organisationnels modifiables influen\u00e7ant le d\u00e9veloppement ou la consolidation du workaholism, et leurs interactions avec la personnalit\u00e9 et les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale des employ\u00e9s. Quatri\u00e8mement, il existe un manque de donn\u00e9es probantes sur les interventions visant \u00e0 lutter contre le bourreau de travail, qu\u2019elles adoptent une approche primaire (organisationnelle) ou qu\u2019elles soient fond\u00e9es sur une perspective de pr\u00e9vention secondaire (individuelle).<\/p>\n<p>Pour combler ces lacunes, la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union du petit groupe de l&#039;EAWOP (SGM) sur le workaholisme rassemble (a) des contributions qui mettent en \u0153uvre des mod\u00e8les de recherche robustes, tels que (mais sans s&#039;y limiter) des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 vagues multiples et des \u00e9tudes de journal adoptant une perspective intra-individuelle, des \u00e9tudes centr\u00e9es sur la personne et des recherches utilisant des donn\u00e9es multisources ; (b) des \u00e9tudes sur les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents organisationnels et les corr\u00e9lats du workaholisme ; (c) des enqu\u00eates interdisciplinaires (par exemple, int\u00e9grant les th\u00e9ories et m\u00e9thodes du travail, de l&#039;organisation et de la clinique), et (d) des \u00e9tudes d&#039;intervention adoptant une approche de pr\u00e9vention primaire ou secondaire, y compris des \u00e9tudes de cas avec une perspective de praticien. Des \u00e9tudes suppl\u00e9mentaires peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es, en particulier si elles utilisent un mod\u00e8le de recherche robuste et se concentrent sur les corr\u00e9lats sous-\u00e9tudi\u00e9s du workaholisme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Format de la r\u00e9union<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le format de cette r\u00e9union de l&#039;EAWOP est con\u00e7u pour favoriser une discussion approfondie, des commentaires constructifs et une collaboration de recherche entre les participants. Le programme comprendra environ 16 pr\u00e9sentations orales (regroup\u00e9es par sous-th\u00e8me et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9es par les intervenants des sous-th\u00e8mes) qui seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 l&#039;ensemble du groupe de participants, en plus d&#039;une exposition d&#039;affiches sur un \u00e9cran continu. De plus, <strong>Professeur Arnold Bakker<\/strong> <strong>ouvrira le SGM avec une conf\u00e9rence liminaire<\/strong>, et la r\u00e9union se terminera par une discussion en petits groupes sur les principaux points marquants du SGM, dans le but de d\u00e9velopper les points cl\u00e9s d&#039;une note d&#039;orientation sur le workaholism, \u00e9galement bas\u00e9e sur les contributions des parties prenantes invit\u00e9es (par exemple, des dirigeants d&#039;entreprise, des repr\u00e9sentants syndicaux et des praticiens experts en addiction comportementale). Les r\u00e9sultats du SGM, tels que les pr\u00e9sentations, les affiches et la note d&#039;orientation, seront mis \u00e0 disposition via le <a href=\"https:\/\/workaddiction.org\/fr\/\">https:\/\/workaddiction.org<\/a>&nbsp; site web.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, le SGM offre une opportunit\u00e9 de publication, puisque nous pr\u00e9voyons de proposer un num\u00e9ro sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 une revue de psychologie appliqu\u00e9e de premier plan telle que l&#039;European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology. Une s\u00e9lection des communications pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es lors de la r\u00e9union sera publi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frais de participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tarif normal : 120 EUR<\/li>\n<li>Frais d&#039;inscription (\u00e9tudiants de premier cycle et doctorants) : 60 EUR<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les frais de participation comprennent deux d\u00eeners de conf\u00e9rence, deux d\u00e9jeuners et toutes les pauses caf\u00e9. Les participants doivent prendre en charge leurs propres frais de voyage et d&#039;h\u00e9bergement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soumission des r\u00e9sum\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les candidats sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre leurs r\u00e9sum\u00e9s bas\u00e9s sur des travaux en cours ou des id\u00e9es \u00e9mergentes autour du th\u00e8me de la conf\u00e9rence. Les r\u00e9sum\u00e9s doivent d\u00e9crire les objectifs et la pertinence de l&#039;\u00e9tude, la m\u00e9thode, les r\u00e9sultats et la discussion (jusqu&#039;\u00e0 300 mots) et inclure les affiliations compl\u00e8tes de tous les co-auteurs. L&#039;auteur pr\u00e9sent doit pr\u00e9ciser s&#039;il est actuellement membre de l&#039;EAWOP.
