Mund t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb n\u00eb identifikimin e pikave t\u00eb forta dhe t\u00eb dob\u00ebta personale dhe organizative dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs dhe mir\u00ebqenies n\u00eb pun\u00eb brenda dhe jasht\u00eb mjedisit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.
