The survey has been conducted since autumn 2022 in over 90 countries across six continents. It is the most extensive study on work addiction conducted to date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Impact of the stud<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ett av syftena med v\u00e5r forskning \u00e4r att tillhandah\u00e5lla data om hur stor andel av de enorma kostnaderna f\u00f6r kronisk stress i och utanf\u00f6r arbetsmilj\u00f6er som direkt h\u00e4nf\u00f6rs till arbetsmissbruk \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden. Som s\u00e5dan kan det bidra till en betydande minskning av m\u00e4nskligt lidande \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden och en anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rd f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring av produktiviteten f\u00f6r organisationer, institutioner och ekonomi p\u00e5 landsniv\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Global unders\u00f6kning<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deltagandekriterier i den globala unders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>att vara vuxen<\/li>\n<li>vara heltidsanst\u00e4lld i minst ett \u00e5r i en organisation med minst 10 anst\u00e4llda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Omedelbart efter att de har fyllt i unders\u00f6kningen kommer alla deltagare att f\u00e5 detaljerad feedback om deras psykosociala funktionss\u00e4tt p\u00e5 jobbet, inklusive risker f\u00f6r arbetsberoende, arbetsrelaterad depression och utbr\u00e4ndhet, och potentiella organisatoriska och individuella riskfaktorer som bidrar till deras funktion p\u00e5 jobbet.
