The survey has been conducted since autumn 2022 in over 90 countries across six continents. It is the most extensive study on work addiction conducted to date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Impact of the stud<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u5168\u7403\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\u76f4\u63a5\u6b78\u56e0\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u5167\u5916\u6162\u6027\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u6210\u672c\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u6578\u64da\u3002\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u4e86\u89e3\u54ea\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u5c0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u3001\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6291\u9b31\u548c\u5026\u6020\u5f71\u97ff\u6700\u5927\uff0c\u4ee5\u88fd\u5b9a\u9810\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5be6\u8e10\u3002\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u7d50\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u653f\u5e9c\u5236\u5b9a\u6709\u95dc\u5de5\u4f5c\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u63d0\u4f9b\u79d1\u5b78\u4f9d\u64da\uff0c\u4e26\u5f71\u97ff\u7d44\u7e54\u95dc\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u4e26\u6e1b\u8f15\u5176\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u798f\u5229\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4e26\u986f\u8457\u63d0\u9ad8\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u6a5f\u69cb\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u7d1a\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u751f\u7522\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u5168\u7403\u8abf\u67e5<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u7403\u8abf\u67e5\u7684\u53c3\u8207\u6a19\u6e96\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u4f5c\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u6210\u5e74\u4eba<\/li>\n<li>\u5728\u64c1\u6709\u81f3\u5c11 10 \u540d\u54e1\u5de5\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u4e2d\u5168\u8077\u5de5\u4f5c\u81f3\u5c11\u4e00\u5e74\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u586b\u5beb\u8abf\u67e5\u554f\u5377\u5f8c\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5c07\u7acb\u5373\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u95dc\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7684\u793e\u6703\u5fc3\u7406\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u53cd\u994b\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u3001\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6291\u9b31\u548c\u5026\u6020\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f71\u97ff\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u500b\u4eba\u98a8\u96aa\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u8b58\u5225\u500b\u4eba\u548c\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u512a\u52e2\u548c\u52a3\u52e2\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u5de5\u4f5c\u7e3e\u6548\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u5167\u5916\u7684\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u3002\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u5c07\u88ab\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3\u4e00\u500b\u7db2\u9801\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u5176\u7d50\u679c\u89e3\u91cb\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u4fe1\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u95dc\u6f5b\u5728\u81ea\u52a9\u548c\u5c08\u696d\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Methodology of global survey on work addiction The study is part of a large international research project examining the role of macro-level (i.e., cultural and socioeconomic), meso-level (i.e., organisational), and micro-level (i.e., individual) factors in work addiction and related health problems.
