rel=\"noopener\">\u8207\u6291\u9b31\u75c7\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u95dc<\/a>\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7db2\u7d61\u4e0a\u627e\u5230\u5927\u91cf\u95dc\u65bc\u5026\u6020\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/28-05-2019-burn-out-an-occupational-phenomenon-international-classification-of-diseases\">\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u7db2\u9801<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u5b83\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u95dc\u65bc\u5982\u4f55\u8b58\u5225\u5026\u6020\u3001\u5176\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u548c\u5f8c\u679c\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/healthy-lifestyle\/adult-health\/in-depth\/burnout\/art-20046642\">\u5982\u4f55\u8655\u7406<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong><u>\u5026\u6020\u7684\u539f\u56e0<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><a style=\"font-size: 1rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/pdfdirect\/10.1002\/wps.20311\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1660-4601\/17\/2\/660\">\u91cd\u5927\u5f8c\u679c<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8f03\u9ad8\u58d3\u529b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5bb6\u5ead\u554f\u984c\u3002\u6c89\u8ff7\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u4e0d\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u5730\u7ba1\u7406\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5026\u6020\u3002\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u4e5f\u8207\u516c\u8a8d\u7684\u5026\u6020\u539f\u56e0\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982&nbsp;<a \u548c\u7121\u79ae<\/a>&nbsp;\u610f\u601d\u662f\u7c97\u9b6f\u3001\u5b64\u50fb\u548c\u4e0d\u79ae\u8c8c\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/10.1177\/0149206316658348\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5de5\u4f5c\u6210\u766e\u9810\u793a\u8457\u4e00\u5e74\u5f8c\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u56f0\u64fe<\/a>\uff0c \u4e5f&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1002\/hrm.21573\" target=\"_blank\"
